On Easfina Website, some products are supplied by EASFINA PTY LTD (ABN 42 161 948 189) registered in Australia, and some products are supplied by Depelec Limited (Company Registration Number: 1271579) registered in Hong Kong, China.

The product code states the supplier of each product:

  • Products which are supplied by Easfina Pty Ltd are referred to herein as “EFAU” products
  • Products which are supplied by Depelec Limited are referred to herein as “EFINT” products

    Please note that where you place an order of products with product code begin with “EFINT” to be delivered outside of Hong Kong, China, you will be the importer of the product into your country.

Terms and Conditions for Easfina Pty Ltd “EFAU” Products:

In order to contract with Easfina Pty Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and posses a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank or internet financial services company acceptable to us. Easfina retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed when the payment has been approved by us and we have debited money from your bank account or credit or debit card.

We reserve the right to cancel part of your order without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

  • The Products in the order are no longer available.
  • There is an error in the price of the product description

In the event of a cancelled Order, We will refund according to funds paid. You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgment of the cancellation and refund.

5.      Shipping

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representation made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible

Free Shipping – Expected to deliver within 2 weeks after your item is shipped during business hours 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Fridays.

Express Shipping – Expected to deliver within 3-5 days after your item is shipped during business hours 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Fridays.

5.4
Easfina will not deliver products to PO Box addresses for security reasons.

6. Warranty

All products sold on the Website is covered by a 3 year limited warranty.

7. Damaged or Faulty goods

Where Products are already faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence of the damage may be asked to submit to our Support Team viaContact Us page before the Product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with these terms.

 

8. Returns Conditions

8.1
Returning goods if they are faulty

By Australian Consumer Law.

  • You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please contact our Support Team via Contact Us page with as many details of the damage or fault as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

We ask that you return the damaged or faulty items to us by registered post – we will reimburse the reasonable costs you incur in doing so (we ask that you send us copies of the supporting receipts). Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Returning goods if you change your mind

You are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. Returning goods if you change your mind doesn’t include postage costs. If you want a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Returns Responsibilities

This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you choose your mind.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

The date of dispatch listed on the Website is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by Depelec Limited and is subject to change without notice.

Easfina will not deliver products to PO Box addresses for security reasons.

All orders delivered outside Hong Kong, China are subject to these specific International Delivery and Returns Terms and Conditions, which together with our general Terms and Conditions govern your contract with us for the sale of the Products and your contract with Depelec Limited for international delivery services.

We accept orders for delivery to selected international destinations.

By accepting these terms and conditions and selecting an international delivery option for your purchase, you are instructing Depelec Limited to act as your agent to instruct us to deliver the relevant goods on your behalf for the delivery charge shown. This delivery charge incorporates a handling fee for related fulfillment costs incurred by Depelec Limited – this fee may vary from time to time. Please note that all ownership, title and risk in goods will pass to you immediately at the point and time in which such goods are placed at your disposal at our Hong Kong, China premises.

It is your responsibility as purchaser and importer that any products ordered comply with local import regulations and that there are no restrictions which may affect receipt of your order. We highly recommend that purchasers establish the likely charges applicable in the country of destination before placing an order.  Please ensure the recipient is aware that they will be liable for those charges.
